Stephanie Lemieux is the Founder and CEO of LibelluleMonde (ex. Libellule Images).
A passionate personality with first class self-taught business skills, Stephanie oversees the company’s domestic and foreign sales and operations including management, service and support activities.
She plays the key role to LibelluleMonde’s continued development and strategic business relationships, making her company flexible, innovative, and in total compliance to this demanding marketplace.

In addition to a Master's Degree in psychology, Ms. Turgeon has training in sales, business development and an exceptional level 1 and 2 supervisor training.
She oversees corporate affairs development, environmental audits, and the sales and production department

Ms. Laplante has more than 10 years of experience in administration and management.
She graduated in administration, obtain a University Degree in Human Resources Management and she is currently on the way to obtain a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration.
Through the years, Ms. Laplante acquired strong skills in project management, internal improvement, organisational management and performance management. She manages diverse projects and assists Ms. Lemieux in the business development of LibelluleMonde

With more than 20 years’ experience in manufacturing, Mr. Neiderer is a manager with a systemic vision and strategic and politics skills. He graduates from the Montréal Polytechnique School in industrial engineering and is also a member of l’Ordre des Ingénieurs du Québec.
Mr. Neiderer is part of the Innovation and development department at LibelluleMonde. He works closely with Mrs. Lemieux on innovating project, technology implementation and continuous improvement within the company.

Sue Dabrowski possesses over 35 years of experience in the aerospace and defense industries and is well-positioned to address the complex issues surrounding the globalization of the aerospace & defense marketplace.
With an accomplished background, as well as a stellar reputation with both industry leaders and governments alike, Ms. Dabrowski brings a strong presence and a wealth of networking capabilities to the industry at large

Mr. Giroux has a bachelor degree in Operations and Logistics Engineering from the École de technologie supérieure. His studies in a co-op program have enabled him to develop professional skills in program management, manufacturing engineering and dynamic simulation of operations. He is currently doing a master's degree in occupational health and safety risk engineering. He has a real passion for aviation and aerospace.

With 20 years of experience in the manufacturing field, I have been an industrial designer for 9 years. I worked in the machining industry for several years as a machine operator and as an in-house sales representative.
My experience also includes the field of fireplaces, wood fireplaces and hydraulic cylinders, during which I worked for several years in quoting, management and coordination of orders. I am bilingual, versatile and patient. Being at Libellule Monde since 2010, I have had the chance to occupy different positions, such as Customer Service, Draftsperson, Coordinator, and now Project Manager. I love teamwork, and I always offer outstanding service to my internal and external clients.

I’ve always worked in customer service. I am sociable and love teamwork! I have also studied two years in 3D animation.
I am a positive, dedicated and serious person who loves challenges and learn new things to better understand the functioning and role of my position. This allows me to offer better service to customers and make sure they are happy doing business with us.

I have always been a team leader and thrive for teamwork. Having many years of experience in my field, I have been responsible for maintaining effective customer service for all internal and external customers by utilizing excellent, in-depth knowledge of company products and programs as well as my team members within the Customer Service Department.

Mrs. Pagé proudly graduate from the Centre d’études Professionnel de St-Jérôme.
With the acquired experience in her last employment, she is ready to invest herself in LibelluleMonde. She is determined to bring her work to the next level following continuous development of the company.

Ms.Piperno has over 30 years of experience in finance, accounting and management. She has a degree in accounting science, certificate from the University of HEC in Montreal. Her vast experience in large companies in accounting and ERP system are major assets for the growth of Libellule monde.

Mr. Casavant has 13 years of experience in finance and administration. He has a degree in accounting from HEC Montréal. He has experience in many fields, including mafufacuring and retail, He likes to understand all departments’ needs to be more efficient in his work, which are major assets for the growth of Libellule monde

Ms. St-Jean graduated in Industrial Design while working at Libellule in 2005. Her massive experience in printing, production, and installation allows her to ensure optimum creation & fabrication of our Corporate Liveries of our customers.

Mr. Ouellette has been part of the Libellule team since 2000! Graphic designer, decal installer, operator of elevating and self-propelled platforms and occasionally, operator of cutting tables and printers.
Self-employed in the early 80's, he was designing signs, business cards, stationery, and posters. Then in the early 90's he was getting to work with the first computers on the market with all the new vinyl lettering softwares.

Ms. Pineault graduate in infographics from the professional center L’Emergence in 2007 and work in the design industry since this. She start her career working for a well-known travel agency, working after for the “Jeux du Québec”, and taking the challenge of being the team supervisor for six weekly newspapers.
She is meticulous and perfectionist without neglecting her time management. She is detail-oriented, which can do the difference with our customer. Ms. Pineault joins the LibelluleMonde team in November 2011, where she learns, discovers and expands her knowledge of the aeronautic business.

Ms. Fortier transforms ideas into images and ensures the transmission of a message; the perfect balance between aesthetics and technique. She is a chameleon, being both creative and very technical.
Libellule is constantly looking for new ideas, she does her part by adapting to any situation. She graduated in graphic design at Ahuntsic College in 2011 and has been part of the team since 2013.

I graduate in infographics from Collège Salette in 2016 and join Libellule's team in august 2019. I acquired experience in packaging and printing in my last employment. I like to learn and develop new skills to improve my work and bring it to his best.

I`ve been in Infographics for 6 years with 4 years professional experience in the field.
I got my D.E.P at the professional training center L'Émergence. I love to learn new things; this led me to do a second D.E.P in Brickwork-Masonry at the Laval Construction Center, which made me practice manual labor. I also worked for a year in a paper mill that specializes in producing fine paper, such as paper for checks and Kraft paper. I love teamwork! In my opinion nothing beats a strong team: it makes for a successful company!

I have a degree in screen printing from Ahuntsic College. Being in the field of silk screening for more than 22 years, I can do all tasks relating to print, press adjustments, ink mixing, exhibitions, and supervising printing.
Being very good with my hands, I can do virtually any manual task that needs to be done. I am always ready to help my co-workers. I love being in a good mood and I`m always ready to learn new things.
